Steve Blank has been selling real estate in metro Denver since graduating from the University of Denver in 1975. His knowledge of the local real estate market combined with the enjoyment he derives from matching clients with a new home, has helped him become a key player in Denver’s real estate market. Steve has served as a real estate instructor (part-time for seven years), an expert court witness, and was a Rocky Mountain News, and Denver Post real estate weekly writer for over five years. He currently is featured in a monthly article for the Downtown Denver News, as well as on the Fuller Sotheby’s Website.
With regard to sales production, Steve has been honored as a six-time recipient of the Denver Board of Realtors TOP TEN residential salesperson award, and has been inducted into the Re/Max “Hall of Fame.” Steve believes he is able to achieve a certain level of success because of dedication, enthusiasm, and his general hands-on style. He understands that great service, a high level of integrity, a sense of humor, and always valuing relationships has helped in his success.
Jared Blank, who is his son and business partner, holds a Master’s degree in Architecture, and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Design, both from the University of Colorado. Before joining Sotheby’s in 2011, Jared spent three years working for the highly esteemed Denver-based architecture firm Fentress Architects. He also has the experience of working for two local residential design firms that specialized in building custom homes, and mixed-use multi-family projects. Jared has a passion for sustainable design and is also LEED AP accredited. His design background is an added advantage that has complimented him well throughout many recent transactions. From his knowledge of construction techniques to his understanding of spaces, forms and aesthetics he has been able to provide this added benefit to their clients.
